Head of Corporate – Human Sized Team, Attractive SalaryWe are currently seeking a Head of Corporate Department for a well-established fiduciary in Luxembourg.   • You will be managing a team of around 10 people, ensuring annual evaluations and recruiting new team members when needed, in close collaboration with two other colleagues.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement in order to optimize efficiency.
  • You will contribute to business development by maintaining strong client relationships and proactively proposing services.
  • Alongside your managerial responsibilities, you will remain involved in operational tasks, such as reviewing corporate documents and drafting complex documentation when required.

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in Luxembourg within a similar environment, such as a fiduciary or a PFS, which allows you to fully understand the needs of this position.
  • Being fluent in English is essential to communicate efficiently with colleagues, third parties, and clients.
  • You are well organized and proactive, enabling you to meet deadlines and handle all aspects of your role (operational tasks, client relationships, and management).
