  • You will be in direct contact with clients during various meetings. Advising them and maintaining trusted relationships will be essential.
  • You will review, negotiate, and draft legal documents such as pledges, legal opinions, and contracts.
  • You will advise on a wide range of matters with a focus on preventing litigation.
  • You will be expected to conduct legal research and stay up to date with new regulations.

  • You have at least 6 years of experience as a lawyer in Luxembourg, which will facilitate your integration into your new environment.
  • You are fluent in both English and French, which is essential for effective communication with your interlocutors.

  • You are proactive and well-organized, enabling you to meet deadlines and contribute efficiently to the team's success.
