You will benefit from high-value exposure in both national and cross-border tax matters, including investment funds, corporate tax structuring, and M&A transactions.   • Provide legal tax advice to international clients, especially in the context of investment funds, M&A, corporate structuring, and financing transactions.
  • Draft and review legal opinions and documentation related to direct and indirect taxation in Luxembourg.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and external stakeholders when needed.
  • Work closely with colleagues from other legal teams and international offices to deliver a comprehensive service.
  • Remain up to date on regulatory developments and contribute to internal knowledge and publications.
Profile and Career Path | Tax – Lawyer – Advisory – International Law Firm
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in English, and a good command of French or German would be considered an asset.
  • Your proactive mindset helps you take full advantage of development opportunities.
  • You are detail-oriented, pragmatic, and eager to grow in a stimulating and international environment.
