- Manage and ensure the Business Continuity Written Order including policies, procedures and plans.
- Ensure and organize regular Governance of local Business Continuity Management Framework according to the 3 lines of defense model and the PDCA cycle.
- Organize and ensure staff awareness of Business Continuity framework and disaster recovery procedures for services and processes.
- Ensure Business Continuity Plan for national WL sites and off-site disaster recovery readiness.
- Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute Disaster Recovery Tests, Business Continuity tests and related exercises with internal stakeholders, third party providers and regulatory bodies.
- Identify, measure and manage BCM Risks applicable for services and processes.
- Identify, escalate and manage information and IT security threats constituting BCM risks.
- Manage Crisis Management framework and procedures with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and organize regular call tree and crisis simulation tests, ensuring management and staff awareness of communication and escalation procedures and coordinate crisis event resolutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with the BCM requirements imposed by national regulators.
- Provide regular internal progress and risk reports to internal stakeholders and supervisory bodies.
- At least 3 years practical experience in Business Continuity Management or IT Service Continuity Management within Financial Institutions
- ISO 22301 knowledge is mandatory
- ISO 27001 knowledge would constitute and advantage
- Basic knowledge about Luxembourg regulator business continuity requirements and other bank related laws in Luxembourg would constitute and advantage.
- Banking knowledge in general, specifically payments-related is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Structured and organized, with good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
