  • Develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Design enterprise architectures connecting business and technology
  • Define sourcing approaches that improve flexibility and efficiency
  • Enhance end-to-end process and infrastructure performance
  • Introducing emerging technologies that reshape operating model
Key responsibilities
  • Contribute to the growth of the IT Consulting practice across commercial and public sector clients
  • Deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions that improve business performance
  • Act as an Enterprise Architect, translating business needs into IT impacts
  • Support RFP preparation, vendor selection, and solution implementation
  • Drive change management initiatives at client level
  • Support Managers and Partners in identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Build trusted client relationships through professionalism and expertise
  • Collaborate across EY Consulting and service lines to deliver integrated solutions
Skills and attributes for successYou have:
  • A degree in IT, Business Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role (fast paced, multi-vendor environment)
  • A client-focused mindset with experience in areas such as:
  • Process and systems transformation
  • Technology consulting
  • Cost management or internal control
  • Fluency in English and French
Ideally, you will also have
  • Experience with ARIS or other BPM tools
  • Exposure to ITIL and/or COBIT
