For a group active in private and institutional wealth management, we are currently seeking a: HR Payroll & Benefits Manager m/f Key Responsibilities : Ensure Payroll management · Lead payroll activities to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely in liaison with the provider · Manage payroll provider relationship to improve the quality of the process · Ensure global payroll compliance and local country regulations · Ensure relationships with the external partners regarding complementary Medical Insurance, Pension plan. · Ensure social and fiscal taxes reporting based on pay data. · Manage employees requests around calculations, taxes, etc. and ensure SLA performance · Be the point of contact with auditors for their requests · Manage filing & archiving of all payroll justifying documents Ensure Compensation and Benefits Management · Lead compensation and benefits activities with different providers of benefits (meal vouchers, medical insurances, group insurances, leasing companies, brokers etc...) · Manage providers relationship to improve the quality of the services · Ensure social and fiscal taxes reporting based on benefits data. Contribute to projects related to Payroll and Benefits in Europe Profile : · Qualifications / education required : human resources or finance degree · Experience required : 5-year experience in payroll with good knowledge of European payrolls · Competencies / soft skills : · Comfortable in international companies with complex organizations · Organization and priorities management skills · Knowledge of Workday and good level in Excel · Service-oriented attitude and ability to maintain a positive disposition · Discretion and reliability · Flexibility · Language skills: fluent in French and English, Spanish or Italian considered an asset...
