- Support the Principal Investigator in charge of the CyberHub in the day-to-day management of the project with a high degree of autonomy
- Keep overview of all ongoing activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Principal Investigator, researchers, internal clients)
- Follow up on the project plan that includes resourcing, planning, risk mitigation, quality control and organisational requirements
- Draw up periodic and ad hoc reports for decision making committees and/or Principal Investigator
- Organise regular projects meetings at all levels of the governance structure
- Follow-up on project deliverables and progress on milestones including critical path and risk management
- Adjust project planning in cooperation with the Principal Investigator
- Provide key performance indicators (budget, publication, etc.)
- Contribute to communication regarding the CyberHub and its milestones in liaison with the communication Team
- Act as interface in all internal and external stakeholder’s relationship management activities by contributing to the development and maintenance of the CyberHub network
- Ensure that the CyberHub network is informed and encourages the connection between the stakeholders
- Prepare and contribute to reporting and closing activities such as compiling and providing reports, ensuring feedback to external and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to improvement of templates, reports, project organisation and project management systems
- Contribute to overall activities related in general to Strategic Area of Cybersecurity at SnT
- PhD Degree in Computer Science in a subject related to Cybersecurity of Cyberdefence
- Several years of work experience in project/programme management; proven record of successfully managing and completing all aspects of large, complex and organisational-wide projects including implementation and change management.
- High degree of autonomy in the implementation of the CyberHub
- Analytical and conceptual skills with proven ability to adapt to new situations and develop creative solutions in complex, multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments
- Project/programme management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma, Scrum
- Previous work experience in cybersecurity/cyberdefence sector would be an asset
- Previous experience in academia and research environment would be appreciated
- Iv nterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate, consult, influence and build consensus at a number of levels.
- Fluent in English (oral and written). Knowledge of French, German and/or Luxembourgish would be appreciated.
