Data Management & Reporting Officer / Business Support - Data & IT Tools (H/F/X) Job Description:1. Reporting & Analytics Modernisation and BCBS239 Scope Extension
  • Contribute to the transition of data and reporting assets to the Group Data Warehouse (GDWH), ensuring the retirement of outdated Business Objects universes.
  • Support the extension of BCBS239 regulatory compliance to Financial Statements and Pillar III disclosures through comprehensive data mapping and enhancement of control frameworks.
  • Apply Group Reporting Governance standards to critical reports developed using Business Objects, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate the accelerated deployment of BCBS239 requirements across the organization.
2. Data Quality Control Implementation
  • Design and implement new or enhanced data quality validation mechanisms within IT systems, proactively addressing data inconsistencies and anomalies.
  • Assist in the collection of evidence demonstrating the execution of controls for key regulatory and mandated reports.
  • Participate in the identification, documentation, and resolution tracking of data quality or reporting issues, ensuring timely remediation.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts, control testing, and stakeholder engagement to uphold high standards of data integrity.
3. Digitalisation Support
  • Engage in testing and feedback cycles for tactical tools related to Data Quality, Data Glossary, and Data Lineage.
  • Support the mapping and validation of data migration into new IT platforms, ensuring alignment with institutional data architecture.
  • Monitor and follow up on change requests, software releases, and access rights reviews to reinforce business ownership of digital tools.
  • Contribute to the deployment, integration, and ongoing support of digital solutions within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
  • Hold a university degree, ideally at postgraduate level, in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in data management, reporting, or analytics within a financial or regulatory context.
  • Possess a solid understanding of BCBS239 regulatory principles and their practical application within reporting frameworks.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of data quality methodologies, including reconciliation processes and data governance structures.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Have hands-on experience with Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, and data warehouse environments.
  • Be familiar with SharePoint, or demonstrate a willingness to acquire proficiency.
  • Show excellent command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of other EU languages is considered an asset.
