Transfer Agent - Share Classes

• Handle operational tasks with a primary focus on the reclassification of share classes within investment funds.
• Ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of transactions related to fund operations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure smooth execution of transfer agency activities.
• Support the operational efficiency of the TA function by applying best practices and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery across all assigned tasks.

• 4–5 years of professional experience in investment funds (minimum 3 years required).
• Solid understanding of fund operations and transfer agency activities.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC processes is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
