As Business Analyst ARIS BPM, you will cooperate with central IT Services and with external consultants and you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • You coordinate the development of functional and non-functional requirements, as well as the translation of business needs into technical specifications.
  • You manage communication in close collaboration with the quality department, users, and the development department, to whom you provide full support.
  • You develop business process analysis and modeling and write clear analysis documents using UML (use case, entity-relationship diagram, state diagram, etc.) and detect the impacts of a request on all applications.
  • You participate in the drafting of roadmaps and long-term vision documents, system policies and procedures in collaboration with the project team.
  • You define test cases and perform initial functional tests.
  • Conduct impact and risk analysis.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the quality of software and documentation produced by suppliers.
Technical expertise and Qualifications
  • Proven practical experience using ARIS Designer or ARIS Architect for modeling using the ARIS method and reporting and querying using ARIS Script.
  • Software design, testing, training, acquired through information systems implementation and maintenance.
  • Experience in software development as well as deployment and hostingrelated activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of methodologies, processes, tools and frameworks for software development (e.g. Agile/Scrum, iterative waterfall, etc.), design and modelling (e.g. prototyping, design patterns, use cases, BPM/BPMN, UML, etc.).
  • IT project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMM4EP/ENGAGE,etc.), with IT governance and management frameworks (e.g. COBIT, etc.) and with analysis tools (mind mapping, root cause analysis, etc.)
  • Application of analytical methodologies and techniques
  • Knowledge of gap analysis techniques.
  • The ability to document complex business and IT environments would be an asset.
  • Ability to use a project management tool (e.g., MS Project)..
