Job DescriptionCompliance Professional (50%-80%)EOS Creditable Investment Management (EOS CIM) is the Luxembourg investment platform for EOS Group wit currently over EUR 750 million Assets under Management. We follow a pan-European investment focus on Private Debt, particularly non-performing loans (NPL). Based in Mertert / Luxembourg, our dynamic team of 10 employees actively engages in all aspects of the investment fund cycle. We would like to encourage everyone to apply for a job with us.About the vacancyDo you want to take the next step towards the role of a Conducting Officer? Your job will it be to make sure that the AIFM operates in full accordance with the Luxembourg AIFM Law of 12 July 2013 and the applicable CSSF regulatory framework, including relevant Circulars and the broader AIFMD requirements. In this capacity you are responsible for Compliance and are responsible for the implementation, maintenance and ongoing oversight of the compliance framework, covering monitoring activities, regulatory advice, policy governance and required reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement, maintain, and periodically update the Compliance Management System (CMS), compliance procedures, and internal policies.
  • Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring through a risk-based monitoring program.
  • Perform compliance risk assessments and maintain all relevant compliance registers.
  • Ensure the AIFM complies with applicable CSSF rules, AIFMD requirements, internal policies, and regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual compliance reports for senior management and the Board.
  • Provide day-to-day advisory support to staff regarding regulatory obligations and developments in the legal and regulatory framework.
  • Conduct regulatory watch and update internal policies following new laws, CSSF Circulars, or guidance notes.
  • Support AML/CFT obligations in accordance with CSSF Regulation 12-02 and assist the RR and RC as required for AIFMs.
  • Participate in onboarding processes for new funds, investors, and service providers by assessing compliance and AML/CFT risks.
  • Report and escalate compliance breaches, incidents, and deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with auditors, depositaries, administrators, and regulators as required.
  • Maintain staff awareness by delivering compliance training and preparing internal guidance materials.
What you bringMust-have
  • Strong understanding of the Luxembourg AIFM regulatory environment, including AIFM Law, CSSF Circulars, and AML/CFT obligations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance within an AIFM, ManCo, fund administrator, or other regulated financial institution
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Compliance, or Economics (LL.M. considered an asset)
  • Experience implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks in a regulated environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain regulatory concepts clearly
  • High attention to detail, structured working approach, and strong documentation discipline
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with senior management and governance bodies
Nice-to-have
  • Already approved as a Conducting Officer
  • Experience as a RC for an AIFM
  • German language skills
