CompanyOur client is an IT services company that has been operating in Luxembourg for nearly ten years. We are looking for a Sales Officer who is organised and commercially minded. You will work closely with the organisation’s director and manage the company’s client portfolio.Position
  • Developing turnover and increasing sales margins in line with the strategy defined by the director in order to achieve objectives,
  • Negotiate in line with the pricing and margin strategy in order to achieve the company’s objectives,
  • Maintain and develop a portfolio of clients by prospecting and selling IT solutions,
  • Report back on information from the field; act as an interface between the company and its clients,
  • Record and update work progress in the CRM tool provided,
  • Collaborate with the IT department.
Profile
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in another language would be an asset (French, German or Luxembourgish),
  • Technical degree in sales,
  • Junior to 10 years of experience,
  • Sales-oriented and proactive personality, independent, organised, assertive and resilient,
  • Reliability, empathy and diplomacy,
  • Knowledge of sales techniques,
  • Affinity with the IT sector would be an asset.
