- Support a multi-vendor network infrastructure
- Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
- Raise and implement network-related change requests
- Continuously ensure appropriate administrative and technical measures are in place to ensure information system stability and sustainability
- Actively monitor existing networks and take appropriate proactive actions to maintain them
- Develop and implement a comprehensive set of security controls to protect information assets
- Actively monitor IT network usage to ensure compliance with information security policies
- Maintain the IT ticketing system and knowledge base
- Stay up to date with network infrastructure technology standards
- Effectively collaborate with the support, technology, project teams to improve and maintain best-in-class IT services
- Oversee deployment, patching, upgrading and migration of network environment
- Regularly educate IT colleagues and ensure knowledge transfer
- You have proven past experiences of solid engineering and analytical skills
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills towards all levels
- You are creative, forward thinking with advice capabilities
- You respect deadlines and schedules
- You are dynamic, flexible and well organized
- You are an authority in your domain and, as such, a reliable point of contact within the organization
- You hold a Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree in IT
- You demonstrate at least a 10-year experience in Network environments as a Senior Network Engineer
- You have a specific knowledge on technologies such as Routing, Switching, Firewalling, NAC, DNS, VPN, Load balancing on equipment such as Cisco, Palo Alto, F5
- A knowledge of IP Telephony, Linux RedHat, as well as in IT processes such as ITIL or AGILE is an asset
- You are fluent in French and in English
