We are currently looking for the right person to join our Key Account Management Department as a:Sales & Business Support (m/f)Located in Bissen / LuxembourgYour responsibilities would include:
  • Internal support for customer account: receiving and analyzing RFQ’s, preparing quotation, doing the back-office for account manager
  • Developing good relationships with our customers and assure excellent service, including customer correspondence
  • Assisting in organization of internal customer meetings, supporting preparation of customer presentations
  • Verifying monthly sales reports
  • Reviewing customer PO’s
  • Managing customer contract reviews
  • Reviewing and updating forecast database regularly
  • Reviewing input for business plan & budget
  • Assisting program management meetings, representing sales
  • Preparing sales releases
  • Reviewing and updating prices in SAP
  • Visiting customer premises occasionally
You would need to meet the following requirements:
  • Secondary school education, Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset
  • Hands-on experience with communicating with the customer
  • Experience with administrative tasks, data input and data analysis
  • Experience within a technical sales environment is considered an asset
  • Good skills in MS Office
  • Organized personality, ability to follow up on defined actions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
  • Creativity, team spirit and a proactive attitude are imperative
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory
  • Any other language is considered an asset
