In this role, you will be actively involved in advising international clients on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures, while ensuring that each transaction is handled with precision and a strong commercial understanding of the client’s objectives.
You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex transactional documentation such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and ancillary documents, and you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of transactions from structuring to closing.
In addition, you will provide day-to-day corporate advice to a sophisticated client base, addressing governance matters, structural questions and cross-border considerations, while working closely with colleagues in other jurisdictions to ensure consistency and alignment across international mandates.
As part of your development, you will gradually take on greater responsibility in managing files, interacting directly with clients and mentoring junior lawyers, thereby contributing to both the technical quality and cohesion of the team.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – M&A - Legal – Avocat – Lawyer – Law - Droit

You have at least five years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer within a recognised law firm environment in Luxembourg
You are fluent in English and French and comfortable working in an international setting; German will be considered a valuable asset, particularly in the context of cross-border matters and client interaction.
You demonstrate autonomy in the handling of files, a structured and rigorous approach to your work, and a genuine interest in developing your career within a demanding yet supportive international environment.
You have already had the opportunity to support junior colleagues, helping them develop their skills while instilling in them a strong sense of rigor and organization.
