  • Advise a prestigious international client base on Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters, including structuring, compliance, and advisory work.
  • Draft and review tax memoranda and legal opinions to support clients in making strategic decisions.
  • Liaise directly with clients, tax authorities, and internal teams across offices to ensure high-quality, tailored tax solutions.
  • Monitor tax law developments and proactively inform clients on relevant changes affecting their activities.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm’s tax practice while working closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates.

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer, ideally within an international law firm in Luxembourg.
  • You hold a master’s degree in law or Tax Law and are qualified to practice in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction.
  • Fluency in English is required, with French and/or German considered a strong asset.
  • You are detail-oriented, pragmatic, and eager to develop your technical skills while delivering exceptional client service.
  • You value teamwork and wish to evolve in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
