(Senior) Accountant - Remich, People-Oriented Management

• As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role within the finance department, combining operational responsibilities with a progressive leadership dimension:
• Manage the full accounting cycle (A to Z) in accordance with Luxembourg accounting standards and internal procedures.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and review the work of other accountants, providing technical support and quality control.
• Gradually take on coordination and team leadership responsibilities, including task allocation, process optimization, and onboarding support.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, such as auditors and advisors.
• Participate in payroll-related tasks and other transversal finance projects, depending on your experience.

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in accounting within a commercial company or a fiduciary in Luxembourg.
• You possess solid technical accounting expertise and are able to work independently in a structured environment.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; these languages are essential for daily operations.
• You demonstrate a reliable, proactive, and structured approach, with a clear motivation to evolve toward a role with increased responsibility..
