Risk Management OfficerAre you looking to take the next step in your risk management career? This is a full‑time CDI position.ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
  • Perform risk monitoring and data collection: gather and analyse risk data, track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate potential breaches
  • Support independent risk model validation and assist with their ongoing monitoring
  • Provide risk analysis to support the bank’s risk steering and management decisions
  • Develop and maintain regular Risk Management reporting, including internal and regulatory reporting (e.g. ICAAP and ILAAP report, liquidity report, KRI report, scorecard monitoring)
  • Contribute to strategic Risk Management documentation (Risk and Own Funds Strategy, Risk Appetite Statement, Recovery Plan, etc.)
  • Support the design and execution of stress testing exercises assessing the bank’s resilience under adverse scenarios, ensuring capital and liquidity adequacy
  • Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of new requirements
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, finance or a related field
  • Minimum three years’ relevant experience in a similar Risk Management role
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with statistical tools and methodologies, particularly Python, R and SQL
  • Solid understanding of banking risk management and regulatory framework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
