- Provide comprehensive logistical and administrative support to the HR team.
- Monitor HR communication channels (phone, email, front office desk, etc.) and respond to inquiries or escalate issues as appropriate.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements, and HR-related events.
- Manage the department’s invoicing processes, including: Creation and follow-up of purchase orders and cost allocation and Verification and validation of invoices.
- Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal clients and related recharges.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper document archiving (both physical and digital).
- Draft and format HR documentation, including SLAs, policies, internal communications, and other official materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, German and/or Luxembourgish are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
