- Lead and support your team by overseeing all aspects of payroll processing for a dedicated portfolio of clients
- Review and validate salary calculations performed by the team to ensure precision and compliance
- Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and a high standard of service
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring responsiveness and high service satisfaction
- Actively participate in expanding the payroll service line by identifying new opportunities and contributing to client retention and growth strategies.
- To be considered for this role you should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- For this role you should have at least 6 years of experience in the payroll sector in Luxembourg.
- You should be fluent in French with professional-level proficiency in English.
- It’s essential to have a diverse experience in payroll, including exposure to different collective agreements and payroll aspects.
