Our Banking department specialises in international banking work, including regulatory work, syndicated lending, investment grade, leveraged acquisition finance and debt restructuring. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, international commercial banks, investment funds, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex transactions.Training Contract
A six-month internship contract in our Banking department starting in September 2024 which is covered by an internship agreement.What we look for
We are seeking individuals currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M, or preparing for a Bar in any European jurisdiction. You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, gap year, or your PPI at the French Bar (this is not a CCDL traineeship)
You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in Banking and Finance law
Fluent in French and English, with good writing skills in both languages, as you will work on international matters.Why Join Us
