- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Support Local & Zurich Foundation community activities.
- Responsible for general reception duties.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Organize meetings, manage agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with Zurich's standards.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support expense management, procurement, and office logistics.
- If needed support any other functions or department according to the business need of the company.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately in HR systems.
- Handle general HR operational tasks and maintain HR database.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, contracts, and induction processes.
- Support HR processes such as benefits administration and time management.
- Answer employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures, always providing clear and helpful guidance.
- Support HR projects, including recruitment coordination, employee events, and training activities.
- Support business & employee events (catering and booking of events & travel arrangements).
- Ensure compliance with Zurich's policies, data privacy standards, and relevant regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration &/or as Executive Assistant.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
- High attention to detail and professional confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and HR information systems.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Positive, adaptable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Demonstrate accountability and commitment to corporate values.
