- Establish, prepare, and conduct the Product Approval Board as a Secretary of the Product Approval Board for Bank Julius Baer Monaco.
- Support the end-to-end process for initial product approvals and ongoing monitoring of existing products & services.
- Conduct and coordinate lifecycle management reviews with global and local Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain SharePoint site, and products & services inventory list for Monaco.
- Collate data and monitor offering-related global and local KPIs and KRIs.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for management and governance bodies.
- Write meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of decisions and discussions.
- Maintain a clear audit trail for product-related decisions, approvals, and changes and monitor approval conditions and track their fulfilment/completion.
- Own, document, and regularly update product governance-related SLAs between Luxembourg and Monaco.
- Coordinate and rollout new / adapted products and services to Monaco.
- Collaborate closely with local and global product teams, operations, risk management, legal and compliance to ensure a successful product launch.
- Educate front staff regarding new product launches or enhancements of existing products and services.
- Serve as a central point of contact for product management and offering governance for Monaco.
- Project management support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within Product Management, Product Governance, Risk, or a related function.
- Familiarity with product approval and lifecycle management processes across investment products (e.g. funds, structured products, ETDs) and services (e.g. advisory, discretionary, wealth planning).
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization, ideally in a support or coordination role with global exposure.
- Strong analytical skills and fast learner.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in French and English
- Structured and reliable with a proactive mindset.
