Specialist Tool & Equipment

• Perform, control and maintain the tools and equipment for the Maintenance & Production departments in accordance with rules and regulations;
• Maintain a quality system for tool & equipment management;
• Create, update and improve Quality Manual, General Procedures, Specific Procedures, Forms and other quality documents;
• Support the Maintenance and Production team in selecting and operating appropriate tools & equipment;
• Participate in the tool & equipment selection and approval process;
• Be in direct contact with entities like Engineering, Facility, Operational Health and Safety (OHS), and LuxControl for tool & equipment approvals;
• Create, update, maintain a system for preventive maintenance of machine and equipment within Maintenance and Production;
• Be in charge of REACH-related project and Engineering Design.

• Bachelor or Master in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in REACH project is considered as an advantage
• Experience in Directive Machine is considered as an advantage
• Experience with Boeing 747 / 777 is considered as an advantage
• Experience in 3D scanning and 3D printing would be considered an advantage
• Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
• Have good communication skills and being able to work with a team
• Have the ability to work independently and to show good initiative
• Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Proficiency in computer-aided mechanical design software (e.g. Inventor, Solidworks,…)

• Full-time, permanent position based in Luxembourg
• Occasional travel may be required
• Flexibility may be needed with working hours
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
