The founding Partner still remains involved within the firm and accessible, as he finds it important to know each one of his team members and assist them in any way he can.   • Advising international and local clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate governance matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing key legal documentation related to corporate structures, relating to statutes or liquidations for example.
  • Acting as a key contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of service and tailored legal solutions.
  • Engaging in negotiations and providing strategic advice in corporate law matters.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate M&A – Lawyer – Law – Legal – Avocat – Law firm
  • You are a qualified lawyer admitted to a the Luxembourg or another European Bar (List I, II, or IV in Luxembourg).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer specialized in corporate law/M&A in Luxembourg. Experience in an international law firm is a plus, but not a must.
  • Fluency in English and French is required. Knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is an additional plus, although the vehicular language spoken in the firm amongst colleagues is French.
