  • Controlling the Net Asset Value (NAV) calculated by the Administrative Agent (CACEIS Bank Luxembourg Branch) for all funds under management and administered by the Management Company on a daily basis, specifically:
  • Controlling accruals and the payment of expenses charged to the funds
  • Controlling the valuation of the portfolios
  • Controlling subscriptions and redemptions and other TA transactions
  • Analysing the daily impacts on the portfolio (price changes) and the expenses on the NAVs
  • Analysing the consistency between the total assets and the NAV-linked expenses
  • Analysing and controlling performance fee calculations
  • Controlling all portfolio events: dividends, corporate action, purchases and sales of positions
  • For funds of funds which receive rebates of the management fees of the target funds, checking the accuracy of the amounts that counterparties pay
  • Drawing up and controlling reporting prepared by the administrative agent, which states the flows collected by the funds
  • Controlling the correct preparation of the Funds’ semi-annual and annual report
  • Preparing the Combined quarterly Financial Statements of the Funds managed to be submitted to the Board of Directors, together with the Fund Activity Report
  • Controlling expenses / invoices received and paid by the funds, after having checked their accuracy with the budget/agreements
  • Review yearly the VAT declaration for the funds prepared by the administrative agent
  • Preparing periodical Net Flow’s reports to the attention of the Main Distributor and other reports (e.g.: securities lending activity)
Your profile:
  • Good knowledge of Fund Industry, financial markets/instruments
  • 2-years experience as fund accountant or similar fund administration role. Knowledge of Fund Accounting System GP3/GP4 (Neoxam) is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of fund accounting and NAV reporting is mandatory
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office package. Knowledge of SQL database querying and high level of IT skills are considered as a strong asset.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Italian is an asset
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Structured, precise and details oriented
