In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will enable Sellers to list, make their selection available to customers globally while optimizing their inventory placement across multiple countries.As Senior Partner Engagement Manager for EU 3P Compliance Services you will join a dynamic pioneering team which is at the forefront of this vision to build a global marketplace. Senior Partner Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the selection, on-boarding and ongoing compliance
strategy for trusted compliance service providers (CSPs) to secure high quality compliance services whilst delivering best-in-class selling partner (SP) experience. To achieve this, they build continuous improvement initiatives to dramatically transform CSP' performance and influence investment decisions to achieve QBR and Director business goals. Furthermore, it encompasses program management responsibilities overseeing payment reconciliation, CSP product roadmap and public policy initiatives.The Candidate should be comfortable working in highly ambiguous environment. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of working with projects to their completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills. This opportunity requires experience in managing external partners, negotiation and strategic approach, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high quality results on time. Your experience should highlight your focus on putting the customer first; your ability to understand and guide technical requirements to support your vision, and your aptitude to ensure those changes had a positive business impact.
The ideal candidate will be clearly passionate about building new business and have a demonstrable record of accomplishment of success delivering initiatives from scratch.The key responsibilities for this role include:
1. Drive regular industry bench-marking analysis and Request for Quotes to allow for the assessment and selection of new compliance service providers (CSPs) to fit the compliance services standards and policies.
2. Manage the on-boarding of the compliance service providers including the contract negotiation, due diligence and expansion across new business lines.
3. Define scalable partner processes and mechanisms to enable on-boarding and auditing at scale.
4. Define CSP performance with a long-term approach on the service level goals, CSP productivity targets and the impact on the total cost for the Sellers.
5. Troubleshoot all partner problems and present to senior leadership as required.
6. Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with partner management.
5. Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives.
7. Define and implement the compliance audit processes and mechanisms to secure on-going compliance for Sellers.
8. Responsible to define the long term strategy to achieve compliance services profitability goals as owner of the P&L partner cost.Key job responsibilities
1. Owns transactional and operational responsibilities for new use case services pilots and expansion efforts
2. Manage assessment, selection and on-boarding of new commercial partners
3. Secures contract and services fees negotiation
4. Assess and defines mitigation plans for new regulatory policies impacting use case process and implementation with the commercial partners
5. Defines, aligns and implement offline and online processes to secure best Seller and Partner Experience
6. Secures monthly financial transactions are correctly reflected in financial tools (Payment Memo, Coupa, FinOps)
7. 3Y Cost Planning (PnL driven) and capacity planning alignment with commercial partners
8. OP1 / OP2 planning : services scale up features and collection of requirements, new business lines expansion with the commercial partnersAbout the team
This role is a temporary 12-month contractWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Luxembourg, LUXPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA from a leading business school (preferred)

- Prior experience managing online services and/or technical products
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA or willingness to learn
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
