Join our team that develops Digital Trust Solutions: Digital-KYC, Digital-ID, Digital Client Management, AI, etc. Are you motivated to develop innovative digital solutions in an agile manner? Are you communicative, curious & self-driven? We are looking for a team member who likes to interact with prospective users, to contribute to the design of novel solutions and drives their implementation.
Our Digital Trust Solutions Team develops value-generating solutions for the Financial, TelCo, Logistics and other sectors. These currently encompass Digital-KYC, Digital-KYT (Know Your Transaction), Digital Client Management and AI-driven solutions. We work in an agile / user-centric manner as the solutions are developed in frequent interaction cycles with potential users. The team is located in Luxembourg and collaborates with colleagues across Europe and the US.
Your Mission
Client Development: Generate Leads and complete transactions for innovative Digital Trust Solutions. We expect you to contribute to driving a client project form inception to delivery. Clients are primarily in the Financial, Insurance but also in other sectors like Logistics, Advisory Services, Utilities, eHealth, etc. Further to Luxembourg, core EU markets are covered.
Solution Development: Based on user-feedback gathered, collaborate with internal units and external partners to contribute to the design of user-centric solutions. Contribute to the development of solutions by participating in design-thinking and scrum sessions.
Market Development: Promote Digital Trust Solutions by supporting the execution of meetups, conferences, roadshows, trainings, interviews, papers, etc.

Client Development
- Generate leads to drive new revenue generation
- Initiate, Drive and Complete transactions for innovative Digital Trust Solutions.
- Build your deal flow, especially by defining market potential, client approach as well as prioritized targets
- Set-up and execute meeting & demos with prospects/clients
- Develop relationships with key persons at prospects/clients
- Detect client needs, formalize them & share with developers so they can build
- Follow through for the good execution on transactions from identification, through offer submission, delivery and post-completion
- Participate in offer drafting and ratification
- Contribute to the organization of and participate at events
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials
- Operate in an international environment and interact with clients
- Organize & execute meet-ups, conferences, road-shows, trainings, etc.
- Any other activity conducive to attaining the above goals.
- Share client/market feedback on demands, needs & competition
- Provide clear inputs to Dev/Tech teams for the delivery of client solutions
- Be aware of technological innovation, potentialities and applications
- Participate in design-thinking-sessions
- Any other activity facilitating the successful realization of solutions.
- Experience with Business Development towards attaining objective
- Ability to structure and complete projects in accordance with KPIs
- Curiosity regarding digital innovation with capacity to quickly identify potential added-value and use-cases
- Exposure to design-thinking & processes improvement
- An experience in the Financial Sector, notably with exposure to process optimization, innovation, compliance and/or risk is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy for user needs and are creative in finding new solutions
- Self-driven & Team-oriented with the ability to facilitate and federate energies
- Capacity to operate and adapt in fast-changing environment.
