Located in Luxembourg City, this large-scale organization offers a multicultural, stable, and excellence-driven work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Financial Management team, your role focuses on four main pillars:Financial Controlling & Reporting: Prepare budgets, perform variance analysis, and produce monthly/quarterly financial reports.Performance Analysis: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.Process Optimization: Actively contribute to improving financial steering tools and streamlining data workflows.Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to internal financial procedures and coordinate with external auditors.Your ProfileExperience: Previous experience within the industrial sector is highly desired.Technical Skills: Master's degree in Finance or Audit, advanced proficiency in Excel, and ideally experience with an ERP (e.g., SAP).Languages: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
