Litigation Lawyer – Team Spirit, Strengthen your ExpertiseThis international law firm, active in Luxembourg and prominent on the European legal scene, handles sophisticated commercial litigation, financial disputes, arbitration and high-stakes IP cases. The Luxembourg office, composed of approximately 60 lawyers, is supported by a wider global network in Brussels, Amsterdam, London and New York, and is known for its adaptive thinking and litigation excellence.To support its growing disputes practice, the firm is hiring a Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in litigation matters. The successful candidate will work on important cases involving Luxembourg courts or arbitration panels, within a professional yet agile team structure.Your Responsibilities | Litigation – Regulation - Law – Legal - International
  • As a senior litigation contributor, you will manage cases independently during critical phases, drafting pleadings, covering strategy and representing clients in court.
  • You will operate across practice areas including employment, commercial contracts, and financial disputes, often collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on cross-border mandates
  • You will conduct legal research, draft internal memos and contribute to firm publications. Knowledge-sharing with peers through training and internal sessions is expected and encouraged.
Profile and Career Path | Litigation – Regulation - Law – Legal - International
  • Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial, administrative or financial litigation
  • Excellent command of French and English; German considered a plus
  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills, strategic mindset and client orientation
  • Autonomous, meticulous, result-driven, with strong interpersonal skills
