University degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CAIA, CFA, ACCA) are a strong advantage. Minimum 7 years of experience in the alternative fund industry, with exposure to audit (Big 4) and/or AIFM operations. In-depth knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD regulations. Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinker with a proactive and analytical mindset. Agile and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
