- Provide tax advice to business units in different jurisdictions and advise in general business tax queries
- Monitor tax compliance for corporate income tax and related tax obligations in relation to business units in different jurisdictions
- Review quarterly income tax provisions and deferred taxes under local GAAP and IFRS
- Maintain overview and reporting on tax KPI’s, tax cashflow, tax compliance status, tax risks
- Support the SVP International Tax in Luxembourg with respect of diversified tax projects including the preparation of tax memos for internal and external documentation of significant transactions
- Provide support in all tax related issues during mergers, acquisitions and divestments
- Collaborate with group tax, regional finance teams, legal, treasury, and external partners
- Manage relationships with key tax authorities
- Handling queries from the tax authorities and dealing with corporate income tax audits and controversies
- Monitor developments in the tax legislation in different jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance with local tax developments, including Pillar II, DAC 6 and transfer pricing
- University degree with a tax specialization or similar qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of international income tax experience with a global consulting firm, major law firm, and/or in a multinational corporation
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Fluent in English; French and German language are an advantage
- Strong IT skills and willingness to develop those in respect of tax returns and tax reporting
- Able to work autonomously and pro-actively being at the same time a teamplayer in the Group’ international tax team
- Able to manage multiple work streams in parallel against deadlines
- Strategic, forward-thinking mindset; able to balance detail orientation with big-picture vision
