AML/KYC Consultant

• Assist in the remediation of existing AML/KYC records, ensuring full compliance with Luxembourg and international regulations.
• Conduct reviews of investor files and perform necessary due diligence checks for KYC/AML purposes.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of KYC documentation, including the identification and verification of investors.
• Support the development and implementation of enhanced AML/KYC policies and procedures.
• Advise on best practices for KYC/AML processes, including risk assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with the compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
• Liaise with regulators and auditors as needed during the remediation process.

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in AML/KYC compliance, preferably within private equity, fund administration, or financial services.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and procedures, with hands-on experience in a remediation or review project.
• Education: Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French or German is an advantage.
