- Oversee Service Level negotiations and definitions with 3rd party vendors.
- Monitor, measure, and report vendors performance according to defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Liaise and track open issues with vendors/providers and internal IT regarding service quality.
- Provide assistance on overall IT relative issues like Budget/ Steering Committee preparations and generic high-level reporting as necessary.
- BIA maintenance together with Risk department.
- Backup of Change Manager role.
- You possess experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is a plus.
- Experience in creating and analysing RFPs is considered an advantage.
- You are Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- You are responsive, organized, polite, dynamic, disciplined and have an eye for detail.
- You are confident in managing autonomously all tasks, able to prioritise when facing multiple requests.
