- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio composed of both financial and commercial clients.
- You will calculate salaries and prepare approximately 400 payslips per month.
- You will handle social matters such as holidays, employee onboarding and offboarding, contract drafting, and related administrative tasks.
- You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations.
- You will act as a point of contact for clients, providing advice on payroll and HR-related matters.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer in Luxembourg, handling a similar portfolio.
- Ideally, you have experience working with international clients, which will help you feel more comfortable in the role.
- You are fluent in both English and French, enabling you to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients.
