The consultant would be responsible for implementing existing capacity & performance monitoring in Asset and Service level to enable the Capacity plan Roll out Phase.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide expert-level services in Capacity and Performance management area
· Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.
· KPIs development for Capacity & Performance Management in the Cloud
· Ensure that Capacity Management and Availability Management KPIs are monitored.
· Analyze existing capacity/performance-related information and trends.
· Identify gaps/bottlenecks and propose improvements.
·Stay updated with the latest industry trends.Your profile :· Proven experience in capacity and performance management within an IT environment.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
· Cloud experience.
· Experience with performance monitoring tools and capacity planning software.
· Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes.
· Service Management experience.
· Knowledge of IT-related technologies such as servers and systems, backup and storage, and networks.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fluent English is required. Any additional language is considered a plus.
· Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus.
· ITIL certification
