- Engage with Generali group, the affiliate network and external parties to develop additional business opportunities
- Act as a point of contact for Generali group, the affiliate network and key stakeholders and effectively manage relationships to enable the distribution strategy
- Follow the distribution network, implement distribution agreements between GIL and the sub-distributors and is accountable for the trailer fees due to Distributors at the Management Company level
- Monitor the distribution in case of amendments of the product or of the regulatory framework of Luxembourg and of jurisdictions in which the funds are registered
- Interact with GIL and Business Unit main functions in relation to fees’ structure negotiations in case of new Funds’ launch
- Cooperate with other Business Relationship Management team at Business Unit level to ensure consistency and common approach
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities linked to products distribution and registration
- Participate in discussions, negotiations, and follow-up meetings with distributors
- Maintain daily contact with distributors abroad, as well as institutional investors via platforms or sales
- Provide answers to clients' queries (distributors, boutiques, other counterparties)
- Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in the fund industry
- In depth knowledge of fund distribution, including Cross-Border Registration and Marketing Material Oversight
- Sales and customer facing experience
- Knowledge of the UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs, and ESG regulation
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Numerate and competent to produce commercial proposals
- Proficiency in English and French are a requirement.
