Indeed, the clients can count on an A to Z service here, including in accounting, tax, compliance, corporate governance, fund administration and transfer agency.Your Responsibilities | Senior Transfer Agent – Transfer Agency – Fund Services
  • Fully managing subscription, redemption, and transfer operations for investors, while ensuring strict adherence to internal procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating investor registers while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Coordinating AML/KYC reviews in close cooperation with compliance teams to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Direct interaction with investors to promptly address queries and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes within the Transfer Agency team.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Transfer Agent – Transfer Agency – Fund Services
  • At least 4 years of experience in Transfer Agency, ideally acquired in a PFS in Luxembourg, with alternative funds. Experience in a bank can also be considered depending on your responsibilities and analytical mind.
  • You are fluent in English, essential for effectively interacting within an international environment. French is an additional plus.
  • You possess an excellent understanding of AML/KYC regulations.
  • You are organized, autonomous, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a close-knit team.
