As a B Corp Certified group, we are committed to sustainable practices, meaningful partnerships, and long-term value creation.To reinforce our Team of 120 people, we are actively looking for a Digital Project Specialist.Your MissionIn direct support of the Head of Digital Services, you will be at the core of execution, and your main responsibilities will include:Digital project management & follow-up
  • Support the launch of new digital projects (tools, platforms, services)
  • Monitor project progress (timelines, deliverables, priorities)
  • Identify blockers and propose practical solutions
  • Prepare clear and simple reports for internal teams
Deployment & adoption of digital services
  • Support the rollout of digital services to customers
  • Monitor usage, feedback, and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the creation of communication materials (internal & customer-facing)
  • Act as a liaison between the different teams involved
Communication & coordination
  • Regularly communicate project status and progress
  • Structure information to make it clear and actionable
  • Contribute to team alignment around digital priorities
AI projects & innovation
  • Participate in identifying AI use cases (internal and customer-facing)
  • Support the launch and coordination of AI projects (POCs, tests, deployments)
  • Stay up to date on digital and AI tools
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and optimizations
Your Profile
  • Background in digital, marketing, business, IT, or equivalent
  • French and English required; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong curiosity for digital topics and AI
  • Well-organized, analytical, and solution-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with digital and collaborative tools
  • Motivated to learn and grow through increasing responsibilities
