  • Participate in the implementation of action plans and contribute to the various projects to meet internal and external cross-functional risk management requirements;
  • Participate in developing different Enterprise risk assessments. Review and develop risk management charters, policies and procedures, and participate in maintaining strong risk governance at the level of the Bank;
  • Participate in recommending the risk appetite and risk tolerance statements to the Management Bodies and contribute to the alignment between the business strategy and the risk strategy;
  • Monitor the different transversal risks inherent in the Bank's business and contribute to the development of risk management reports and risk dashboards;
  • Participate in meeting the requirements of the regulatory authorities, notably the European Central Bank (ECB), the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financer in Luxembourg (CSSF) and the Single Resolution Board (SRB)
  • Participate in implementing and monitoring the SREP process;
  • Produce a series of periodic reports to the Management Bodies aimed at highlighting the evolution of regulatory projects and contribute to the internal implementation plans. You will directly be involved in following projects, among others:
ICAAP/ILAAP
Recovery Plan
Resolution Plan
Pillar 3 report
  • Contribute to the transversal regulatory watch system in connection with the risk management function;
  • Participate in developing, reviewing and planning regular stress tests and contribute to enhancing the risk transfer mechanisms
  • Participate in developing the capital management roadmap, coordinate the abidance by the Basel II/III requirements, and plan compliance with the Basel III final post-crisis reforms (so-called Basel IV)
  • Participate in implementing an effective GRC tool at the level of the Bank;
  • Participate and play an active role, from a Risk Management standpoint, in the embedment of the 3-Lines-of-Defense framework in the Group's Risk Management framework;
  • Contribute to strengthening and diffusing the risk management culture throughout the Bank.
Your skills:
  • Master's or equivalent in Finance/Economics/Management;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Good command of French is a plus;
  • Proven experience in the European regulatory framework, Basel II, Basel III (focus Pillars 2 and 3) and international best practices related to Risk Management;
  • Minimum +7 years of experience in Risk Management in Banks, preferably ECB supervised, or handling Risk Management responsibilities in the field of Consulting;
  • Self-starter attitude. Ability to work independently and to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Ability to lead, coordinate and manage regulatory projects.
