As a Customer Service Agent, you are the main point of contact of customers for Belgium and Netherlands by accompanying them from order to delivery. You work in close collaboration with the other departments (logistics, finance, ...).

Your main tasks are:
  • Customer contact management (e-mails, phone, ...)
  • Establishment of quotations for customers and entry of orders received by telephone, e-mail or social media
  • Processing of customer requests (complaints, requests for information, ...)
  • Relay requests to the service concerned (finance, production, operations ...)
  • Tracking orders in progress to ensure smooth operation
  • Preparing excel sheets, letters, PowerPoint presentations
  • And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs

  • You have a first experience as Customer Service Agent/Sales Administrator
  • You can handle stress
