We are looking for a Scrum Master for one of our clients based in Luxembourg.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through the transition from traditional delivery models to Agile. This is an opportunity to influence how work gets done, foster collaboration, and enable high-performing teams that deliver real value.Your missions

Your role will be key in creating shared understanding and reducing friction. * Remove ObstaclesBe the trusted problem-solver who clears impediments and ensures teams can focus on delivering value without unnecessary delays. * Promote Best PracticesDrive adoption of Agiles standard and data-driven decision-making. Your influence will make Agile more than a process-it will become part of the culture.Your Profile
  • 5 years' experience with Temenos TAP / Triple A is a must
  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally in IT or finance.
  • Strong understanding of software lifecycle and operational management.
  • Skilled in facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Excellentes communications and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; basic German required. French or other languages are an advantage.
