- Participate in budgeting, forecast, cost follow up for the Faculty (internal and external budget) and variance analysis
- Execute timely, accurate and financial reporting and ensure accounts analysis to various stakeholders
- Prepare monthly reports on expenses and income
- Support the review and approval of HR costs and related commitments
- Assist in the end of year closing process
- Functional coaching of admin staff (Fiori, BI, Service now, …)
- Answer questions, inform and advise colleagues on operational issues
- Clean and maintain databases and financial ledgers with routine checks and propose corrections
- Operationalize and follow-up on improvements of working methods and processes
- Support on ad hoc requests for analysis, reporting, monitoring and budgeting
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in finance or accounting
- Relevant work experience in a similar position of 4 to 6 years
- Good knowledge of advanced functions in Excel formulas, queries, Power Pivot Function, etc.
- Good knowledge of SAP modules and BI
- Excellent communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a high drive and motivation with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Capable of coping with strict deadlines and able to work proactively
- Ability to summarize, rigorous, pragmatic and efficient
