  • Advise clients on corporate law matters: incorporations, restructurings, liquidations.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of around 100 financial entities (SOPARFIs, TITRIs, RAIFs, SPVs - regulated & unregulated).
  • Draft board minutes, prepare meetings, and ensure decisions are properly implemented.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, notaries, banks, and other service providers.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and the accounting department.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, law firm, or similar corporate environment in Luxembourg.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing complex corporate structures independently.
