On behalf of a premium service company delivering cross-border life insurance to high profile clients, we are recruiting a Legal Counsel for the UK Market to join the Legal team.

Your role:
  • Provide legal advice to the company;
  • Develop good working relationships with sales consultants;
  • Draft and negotiate partners agreements and insurance policies;
  • Advise management and staff on all legal matters including training;
  • Manage complaints and litigation;
  • Participate in corporate projects and product development;
  • Ensure full compliance defining risks and legal and regulatory requirements.
Your profile:
  • Graduated in Law, the Bar admittance in UK would be considered as an asset;
  • At least 3 years of experience as lawyer or in-house legal counsel dealing with the (life) insurance sector;
  • Relevant experience in management of complaints /litigation;
  • Totally fluent in English. Any other European language would be considered as an advantage, especially German.
