Job DescriptionA Corporate Senior Associate (5 to 7 years’ experience)CM Law is looking to add a talented Corporate Senior Associate to its team. In this position, your typical day will see you working on a wide range of client files, amongst which you will find international and local corporations, private equity houses, real estate investors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs… Under the supervision of the Partner in charge of the department, your main focus areas will be to:
  • Manage the files
  • Assist and advise clients on corporate (corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, migrations, joint ventures, etc.)
  • Draft and review agreements and transactional documents
  • Follow-up on client requests and take part in client meetings or conference calls
  • Ensure legal monitoring on Corporate matters and conduct legal researches
  • Manage junior associates and paralegals
  • Be part of a team and work in close cooperation with the other team members
ProfileWe are looking for a lawyer who:
  • Has 5 to 7 years’ experience in Luxembourg law firm for the corporate
  • Holds a Master’s degree (or similar degree) in law, ideally completed by a post-graduate degree
  • Has an excellent command of French and English written and spoken. Fluency in German would be considered a significant advantage
  • Likes to take initiatives and is pro-active
  • Is open to challenges and learning opportunities
  • Is a good team player and, at the same time, capable to work autonomously
