Our teams will help you find the job of your dreams.We are currently looking for a Facilities Technician(H/F/X) for one of our clients in Echternach.Your tasks:Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs of our buildings.Perform daily FM tasks, such as landscaping, repairs of building systems, etcAssist with small construction duties, office movements, meeting room setup and outside landscaping. Share information regarding refurbishments with internal & external stakeholders.Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies to minimize downtime, in line with applicable instructions.Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.Weekly site inspection rounds formalized by an inspection report.Offer:Location: EchternachDuration: remplacement for 4 to 6 weeksFree parking availablePublic transportation nearbyFull time 40 hours a week: 8.00 to 12.00 / 12.30 to 16.30, to be discussed with the ManagerStart date ASAPGross hourly rate min qualified 18.7542 & according to profileCV should be provided in ENGLISHProfilYour Profile:Technical qualification (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS) or equivalent; technical certification for brush cutter, mower, gardening equipmentMinimum 1 year experienceGood communication and customer service skills.
