- Lead complex SAP projects from planning to go-live with full accountability.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver real value.
- Go beyond SAP, applying project governance and change management best practices to broader initiatives.
- Combine your technical expertise with strong leadership and communication to make projects succeed.
- Manage SAP projects end-to-end: from planning, execution, go-live, to stabilization
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with business and IT stakeholders
- Control project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with transparency
- Identify and mitigate risks/issues impacting delivery
- Provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
- Drive change management and ensure user adoption of new systems
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to learn and improve
- Lead non-SAP strategic projects across the organization, applying governance and best practices
- Proven experience managing SAP projects (3-5 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of business processes and how SAP can optimize them.
- Flexibility to thrive in both SAP and non-SAP project environments.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.
- Fluency in French and English (other languages are a plus).
