
Business Development Administrator and Coordinator

- Leading the preparation of administrative documents for Expressions of Interest and tenders, especially ensuring compliance with EU requirements.
- Coordinating internally and externally with partners for administrative requirements to meet submission timelines.
- Quality assurance for accuracy and completeness of administrative documents.
- High-quality formatting and compilation of proposal documents, annexes, and CVs.
- Preparing templates and formatting of technical proposals.
- Consistent updates and maintenance of expert and project databases.
- Effective tracking and filing of bid documentation.
- Experience on EU tenders.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
- Demonstrated experience with formatting and document handling.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, full MS Office proficiency is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Experience with other multilateral and bilateral donors (GIZ, UN and World Bank).
