
Senior Personal Assistant - Part Time, Flexible Family Office

- You are responsible for booking travel arrangements for the family, for example by ensuring that hotels, flights, taxis, restaurant reservations and so on are well organized.
- You will be in charge of collecting the necessary information and documents for KYC reasons, and sharing these with banks and authorities.
- You will handle contact with the fiduciary, including the accountants, tax advisors and corporate officers, if they need specific documents for example.
- You may be involved in specific projects, allowing you to have variety in your role.
- You will work primarily for two members of the family, but occasionally you might intervene for two others as well.
- International travel will be rare, although you would be expected to travel around 4 times per year to a neighboring country, which is fully paid by the firm, and would only be a 2-day stay each time. This will allow you to change scenery, see all members of the family and company physically.
- For at least 6 years, you have been working in a similar role : Experience as a Personal Assistant for a Family Office or Holding will represent a very strong asset, but similar experience in a Bank or Law Firm for example will be taken into consideration as well.
- Fluency in English and French is asked and required, whereas any other language will represent a plus.
- You have a great sense of discretion and proactivity, allowing the family to be able to count on you.
- You are able to show a stable career path and have not job hopped every 2 years for example. You also want to evolve long-term at a future employer.
- You have good organizational skills and a good sense of priorities.
- Having obtained a higher degree (BTS, Bachelor...) will also be a plus.
